Eric Holley

Eric Holley is the Partner of Accounting and Finance for Grey Rock Investment Partners and he is a member of the Valuation Committee. Mr. Holley oversees the daily accounting and financial reporting processes at Grey Rock.

Previously, Mr. Holley was the founding member of Silverthorn Accounting Services which provides outsourced accounting, audit preparation, and operating consulting services to energy fund managers and small business owners. While at Silverthorn, Mr. Holley led projects to develop accounting departments from the ground up for multiple small business owners, and played an integral role in facilitating the annual financial statement audit process for energy related funds.Prior to Silverthorn, Mr. Holley was a financial statement auditor at Rothstein Kass, with a focus on audits of energy related private equity funds and oil field service companies.

Mr. Holley holds a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Texas at Austin and a MS in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
